I’m Lois Nethery, and I’m here to help you with lots of useful resources on this site. You’ll probably find things here that you haven’t come across anywhere else. And I hope it will really help you.
I’m making a lot of these resources free to the public because I find this information so useful, so meaningful, and so helpful, that I would love it to be more widely shared.
I can only work with a handful of patients, so this way I get to help a whole load more.
On this post, I’ve attached the “Welcome” information that I give to new patients who are just starting out with me.
