Effortless Fertility is about coming home. Coming home to your inner knowing, coming home to simple food prepared with love, coming home to your relationship with your partner, coming home to your true self.
The “Fertility Journey” can easily lead you astray. There’s always the temptation to Google for that one thing that could make all the difference. People will tell you about someone they know of who was trying for years and then they did “xyz” and that was the thing they needed to fall pregnant.
The thing is, at the very centre of the Fertility Journey is the unknown. Nothing other than the source of creation. I don’t control it, you don’t control it, nor does any fertility specialist or IVF scientist.
Life propagates itself, and at the heart of that process is a great mystery.
I think of fertility work as laying out a grand feast. You have your part to play, and as a trained professional I have my part. Together we set up a beautiful banquet table, decorated and laiden with tempting and delicious offerings – a heartfelt invitation to the guest of honour.
Your part in this process is small, and yet totally significant. Nourish the body, calm the mind, love your partner and stay centred through the process.
My part is to help you with herbs, acupuncture (for local clients), acupressure (for distance clients), self-massage, support and guidance so that you are putting your best foot forward.
And then, together we summon for the guest of honour. Throughout the process of treatment you will be feeling stronger, more settled, more sure within yourself and more grounded. However long it takes for life to show up and re-create itself within you, you can rest assured that you are becoming the best version of you as you progress through this process.
